Privacy Policy — QR Studio Pro

Adrian Transport ("we", "us", "our") operates QR Studio Pro (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. QR Studio Pro is designed as a fully offline-first application. All QR codes, designs, and settings are created and stored exclusively on your device. We have no servers that receive or store your personal information.
2. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

    Camera: Used solely to scan QR codes. Camera data is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external server.
    Photo Library / Storage: Used to save generated QR codes and posters to your device gallery, and to allow you to select images for QR code customization. Your photos are never uploaded without your explicit action.

3. Image Uploads

When you choose to embed a custom image into a QR code, the image may be uploaded to a public image hosting service to generate a publicly accessible URL for the QR code. This upload happens only when you explicitly initiate it. We do not control the data retention policies of third-party image hosting services. No personal information or metadata beyond the image file itself is transmitted.
4. Data Storage & Security

All app data including QR history, user preferences, and saved designs are stored locally on your device using the device's secure storage mechanism. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted.
5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

    You can delete individual QR codes from your history at any time within the App.
    You can clear all app data through your device's Settings > Apps > QR Studio Pro > Clear Data.
    Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device.

6. Third-Party Services

QR Studio Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting services. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.
7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since QR Studio Pro does not collect, process, or store any personal data on our servers, traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability) are handled entirely through your device's local storage controls. You have full control over all data created by the App.
9. International Users

The App functions entirely on your device. No data is transferred internationally, as we do not operate any servers that receive user data.
10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
